I’m partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed healthcare platform to hire a newly created role within their FP&A organization. This company has scaled rapidly over the last few years through acquisitions and organic growth and continues to invest heavily in infrastructure, talent, and systems.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys combining financial modeling, capital planning, and project management and wants real ownership rather than a narrow FP&A lane.
The Opportunity
This position was created because the business has grown to a point where they need a dedicated point person overseeing a large, complex capital spend portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for providing financial rigor and project oversight for an approximately $60M annual capital expenditure budget spanning 270 plus locations nationwide. Expect to manage 50 plus active projects at any given time, working across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
This is a true doer role hands on, fast paced, and impactful.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain advanced Excel based financial models tied to capital projects
Own budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and variance explanations
Translate financial data into clear, executive ready insights
Partner closely with internal finance leaders and external contractors
Hold vendors accountable to scope, timelines, and budgets
Provide ongoing project tracking and updates across a large, decentralized footprint
What They’re Looking For
3 plus years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, and or Project Management
Backgrounds may include Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Healthcare Project Management
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required
Exposure to project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project is a plus
Personality matters confident, assertive, and comfortable pushing for answers
Able to manage competing priorities and moving parts
Strong academic profile evaluated holistically including GPA, internships, leadership, and work history
Ability to be onsite in Southlake, TX 4 to 5 days per week
Compensation
Base salary $115,000 to $125,000
Bonus 10 percent
Compensation will flex based on experience and skill set
