Corporate Accounting Manager

SNI Financial has confidentially partnered with a leading financial services firm with exponential revenue growth looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their high-performing team. This role offers exposure to leadership, complex reporting, and exciting projects in a firm known for innovation, growth, and career development. This role is responsible for supervising functions for the corporate accounting / financial reporting processes. This is a great opportunity for anyone coming from public accounting Big 4 /Tier 2 looking to make a transition into industry!

The Role

• Manage GL, full cycle accounting and assist wiht financial reporting
• Manage quarterly consolidated reporting processes, ensuring accurate financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Present financial results to leadership and drive process improvements
• Maintain relationships with executives and internal teams such as Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IR and FP&A to ensure efficient and accurate information flow, alignment on timing of deliverables, and achievement of business objectives
• Lead strategic projects while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• at least 5-7 years of progressive experience
• Financial reporting and analysis
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• CPA
• Big 4 Public/Tier 2 accounting experience
• Advanced Excel and GL reporting skills
• Strong communicator who can partner across teams

Compensation: $155-175K total comp GUARANATEED (depending on experience)
