The Manufacturing Process Engineer is a key role in driving improvements and supporting sales growth. They will ensure business processes are continuously improving in control, accuracy, efficiency and capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in projects, kaizen and day to day improvements
- Safety, environmental, production and business process improvement
- Work with sales team to improve the quotation process
- Provide guidance to sales on information needed to translate customer expectations to manufacturing process
- Active member of teams in resolving CARs and customer complaints

- CIP projects
New Product/Process Development:
Responsible for managing major internal projects for new applications such as new processes, new products and resins from concept to implementation.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated experience with LEAN manufacturing and 6S
- Bilingual (English, French) a plus
- PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment, Excel)
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred, especially EPICOR
