SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Director of Sales in Lehi, UT. The Director of Sales will work in an onsite role, but will be responsible for traveling to various offices to visit with the team.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- The Director of Sales will be responsible for managing 3-5 professionals and should have prior sales management experience.
- The Director of Sales will be responsible for reviewing and approving all sales contracts and reporting results to C-level leadership.
- The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading sales meetings on a bi-weekly basis.
- The Director of Sales will be responsible for building, hiring and training a sales team.
- The Director of Sales must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry; leading teams.
Compensation and Benefits :
