Member Services Representative

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist members with account openings and the full onboarding process
• Resolve debit card inquiries and issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide teller coverage during breaks, ensuring seamless branch operations
• Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based member service at all times
• Maintain accurate records and process transactions using internal systems
• Remain open and receptive to coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service, banking, or a credit union environment preferred
• Cash handling experience is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
