Responsibilities:
- Administer and support 401(k) and pension plans in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist employees with retirement plan inquiries and calculations.
- Prepare and review reports, audits, and reconciliations.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to process improvements and benefit projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of benefits administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS Section 125, and retirement plan regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills; Workday experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
