Summary:

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (SNF setting) to join a compassionate rehab team serving the geriatric community. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (SNF setting), you’ll help residents restore function and improve quality of life after illness, surgery, or hospitalization.

Role Details:

This Physical Therapist Assistant (SNF setting) position focuses on carrying out treatment plans and supporting functional outcomes. You’ll work under the direction of a PT and collaborate with OT, SLP, and nursing to help patients get back to their prior level of independence.

Requirements:

Active Oklahoma PTA license and CPR/BLS. Prior experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (SNF setting) preferred but not required — we provide mentorship.
