- Salary: $117,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize all nursing operations and clinical programs.
- Coordinate, schedule, and assign clinical staff to guarantee exceptional resident care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies in accordance with federal and Illinois state regulations.
- Manage nursing staff schedules, training, evaluation, and professional development.
- Coordinate closely with physicians, family members, and facility administration.
- License: Must hold a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois to qualify as a Director of Nursing (DON).
- Experience: Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant DON within a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
- Skills: Expert clinical judgment, thorough knowledge of state nursing practices, and strong leadership capabilities.
Salary : $117,000 - $127,000
