What You'll Do
As Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership for all nursing services while fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to the nursing team.
- Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations while maintaining our exceptional survey record.
- Overseeing staffing, clinical operations, quality assurance, infection prevention, and resident care initiatives.
- Collaborating with physicians, department leaders, residents, and families to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Promoting staff development, engagement, and retention.
- Maintaining survey readiness and continuing the high standards that define our organization.
