Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Healthcare Solutions Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will introduce skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare providers to our specialized Payroll & HR services.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, someone who deeply understands the operational pressures of healthcare organizations, including staffing, compliance, timekeeping, labor costs, and workforce challenges. Your job is to connect those challenges to the solutions we deliver.

The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare industry experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with administrators, DONs, CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Industry Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of healthcare clients including SNFs, ALFs, home health organizations, behavioral health, and health systems.
  • Build strong relationships with facility administrators, HR leaders, finance executives, and operational teams.
  • Grow brand recognition and trust within your network.

Solution Selling & Client Needs Assessment

  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand each organization's workforce, payroll, compliance, and scheduling challenges.
  • Position our Payroll & HR services—including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, PBJ support, Benefits Administration, LMS, and HR Support—as solutions to specific healthcare pain points.
  • Refine messaging based on the client's size, acuity level, service mix, and state-specific regulations.

Pipeline Management & Sales Execution

  • Own the entire sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.
  • Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and presentations tailored to healthcare operational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoff and strong first impressions.

Market Knowledge & Competitive Insight

  • Stay current on healthcare labor regulations, staffing challenges, wage pressures, and reimbursement considerations.
  • Track competitor offerings and position our services based on value, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to leadership about market trends and product opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience selling into the healthcare industry (SNF, ALF, home health, hospice, behavioral health, or related).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare facility operations—particularly staffing, compliance, timekeeping, and labor challenges.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B or service-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling HR, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, EHR, or healthcare support services.
  • Existing network of healthcare operators or decision-makers.
  • Ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear, solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen and awareness of facility-level financial and regulatory pressures.

Salary & Benefits

  • 90-150k depending on experience
