Responsibilities A Manufacturing Operator is responsible for overseeing machinery and production processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain machinery and production lines to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor equipment functionality, perform adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, ensuring that all products meet customer requirements.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production quantities, equipment status, and any issues encountered during the production process.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to optimize production efficiency and quality. Qualifications EDUCATION: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; some positions may prefer vocational training or an associate degree in a relevant field. EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is often preferred, particularly with machinery and production processes. SKILLS: Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Basic math and computer skills are also necessary.
