About the Position
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our growing office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, has strong phone skills, and can effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role will be responsible for making outbound consent calls, documenting responses, and helping keep office workflows running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression.- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Manage the front desk and reception area.
- Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination.
- Make outbound consent calls to clients and document responses.
- Follow up on voicemail messages and return calls promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and update information as needed.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Work closely with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or call center experience preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and dependable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
