What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Liasion position at SNF Healthcare?
3 days a week/Every Weekend
Responsibilities include:
Fostering sales relationships with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals to ensure referrals/admissions.
Conducting pre-admission assessments of the clinical status of a resident referral.
Fostering relationships in the community and local businesses.
Qualifications:
