TIG Welder – $23.50 per Hour
Location: Pottsville/Russellville, AR area

Snelling Staffing is hiring two experienced TIG Welders. Candidates must be prepared to weld immediately and work independently without constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding and related duties
- Safely operate grinders, hot saws, and cutting torches
- Assist with other tasks when not actively welding
- Follow all job-site safety procedures
Requirements:
- Proven TIG welding experience
- Must provide your own welding helmet and gloves
- Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Willing to work long hours and a flexible schedule
- Able to travel to different job sites as locations may change
- Must take workplace safety seriously
The crew may work extended shifts and multiple consecutive days.
Days off will be coordinated to help prevent burnout.
This position has the potential to become permanent for employees who perform well.
