Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent

Snelling Staffing is recruiting for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a small, established local insurance agency. We are seeking a licensed Property and Casualty professional who enjoys building relationships, assisting customers, and working with a close-knit team where personalized service matters.

This position focuses on personal lines insurance, including home, auto, boat, and related coverage. This is not a health insurance position.

Position Details

• Full-time, direct-hire position
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Pay based on experience
• Immediate start available
• In-office position

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with home, auto, boat, and other personal insurance policies
• Explain coverage options, premiums, deductibles, and policy terms
• Prepare quotes and process new policies
• Assist existing customers with policy changes, renewals, and questions
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Follow up with prospective and current customers
• Maintain accurate customer and policy records
• Provide professional service by phone, email, and in person
• Follow all insurance regulations and agency procedures

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License is required
• Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required
• Background check is required
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Professional, personable, and dependable
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Comfortable working with customers and building relationships
• Basic computer and data-entry skills

Years of experience are not required. Candidates who are licensed, have strong customer-service skills, and know how to connect with people are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $17.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
