Roles and Responsibilities: The Tower Foreman will oversee the Tower crew that is assigned to them.
- New Site Builds
- Tower MODs
- Inspections / Tower Mapping
- MW install / Maintenance
- Fiber Splicing
- Daily status updates to management team
Experience and Education
- At least 4 years climbing experience
- Anritsu certified (preferred)
- Ability to read / understand blueprints
- Knowledge of standard knots and rigging practices
