Roles and Responsibilities: The Top Tower Hand will be the lead man on the tower and assist the tower foreman with day to day tasks.

  • New Site Builds
  • Tower MODs
  • Inspections / Tower Mapping
  • MW install / Maintenance
  • Fiber Splicing
  • Daily status updates to management team


Experience and Education

  • 2-3 year tower Climbing experience
  • Anritsu certified (preferred)
  • Ability to read / understand blueprints
  • Knowledge of standard knots and rigging practices
