- Advocate: Bridge the gap between customers and our Product/Marketing teams.
- Prove ROI: Use data to demonstrate our platform’s direct impact on performance.
- Experience: 3 years in SaaS customer success/facing roles (Required).
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English.
- Mindset: High ownership, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Education: BA/BS degree.
- Bonus: SQL, HubSpot, or BI tools (Tableau).
