Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related sciences
Minimum of 5 years of laboratory leadership experience in a high-volume, high-complexity testing environment
Strong knowledge of laboratory regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, federal and state)
Good to have:
Master’s degree in business administration or relevant sciences
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience in driving process improvements and managing operational performance
Nice to have:
Medical Technologist registry (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent)
Florida Supervisor license
Experience in mentoring and developing emerging leaders
