Experience in researching and analyzing data for rate adjustment proposals and reserve estimates.
Actuarial support for filings with state insurance departments.
Pursuing a Casualty Actuarial Society designation (ACAS level or higher).

Ability to recommend changes to existing procedures.
Experience serving on project committees as an actuarial representative.
