Senior HR Specialist for a manufacturing company in Acton. This role is responsible for administering all employee benefits and managing the full leave program while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee support.
Must Have:
At least 3 years dedicated to benefits and leave administration
Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compliance requirements
High comfort level with HR systems and data integrity
Good to have:
UKG experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification
Nice to have:
Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
