We are seeking an Operations Manager for an affordable housing services firm in Ayer, MA. The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the business and ensures all affordable housing programs run smoothly, from project setup through applicant qualification and compliance.

Must Have:
5 years of experience in affordable housing, real estate development, property management, or municipal government
Supervisory or team leadership experience

Good to have:
Experience working with developers, municipal agencies, and state housing programs
Skills in improving internal systems and operational efficiency

Nice to have:
Knowledge of affordable housing regulations
Experience in maintaining documentation and reporting
