We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing/Clinical Manager to lead patient care delivery across multiple clinical areas. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills, a passion for quality improvement, and the ability to manage operations in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do- Lead the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems across several locations.
- Manage and oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with the Nursing Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and federal/state/local requirements.
- Supervise and develop nursing staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Oversee patient safety, resource utilization, and equipment/supply management.
- Partner with physicians, healthcare providers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver safe, high‑quality care.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, and emergency preparedness programs.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and performance monitoring.
- Minimum 5 years of patient care delivery experience.
- BSN degree plus 5 years of experience in business operations, clinical healthcare, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years in a leadership role.
- Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex operations in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.
