💼 We’re Hiring: Corporate Tax Manager 💼
Step into a leadership role within our Corporate Tax Solutions Family, where you’ll drive business income tax planning, corporate compliance, and ASC 740 income tax accounting projects. You’ll manage multiple client engagements, mentor teams, and collaborate with specialists across our tax practice — all with the tools, technology, and support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead tax engagements end‑to‑end: planning, execution, and completion.
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns; review staff performance.
- Review tax returns and ASC 740 provisions, ensuring accuracy and identifying tax savings opportunities.
- Research and consult on complex tax matters; respond to IRS and state inquiries.
- Build strong client relationships and gain deep understanding of their operations.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver client success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 4–7 years of progressive tax compliance/consulting experience.
- CPA or JD/active law license required.
- Public accounting background preferred.
- Strong ASC 740 and corporate income tax expertise.
- Proficiency in US GAAP, corporate tax laws, and OneSource Tax Provision (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
