Civil Engineer

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Product Engineer with a background in civil/structural engineering, architecture, building envelopes, cladding, or architectural products to join a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from concept through execution
• Develop product details, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Support customers and internal teams with product application and technical questions
• Work with testing labs and material vendors to coordinate product testing and compliance
• Use AutoCAD to develop and review drawings and details
• Troubleshoot construction, fabrication, and installation challenges
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Production, Marketing, and Construction Services
• Help improve product designs, standards, and engineering processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering preferred
• 10 years of experience with building envelopes, cladding, façade systems, or architectural building products
• EIT/FE preferred
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Hands-on understanding of construction and the Design-Bid-Build process
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with SketchUp, SolidWorks, Fusion, or structural analysis software is a plus
• PE license is not required
