Candidate Responsibilities

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the
  
  

complaints that are filed.

• Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.
• Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST.
• Advise complainant of the Divisions jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.
• Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate.
• Send
  
  

a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.

• Close
  
  

the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.

• Document the actions in the OnBase system.
