Description of job:
SnapCare is seeking a dependable and patient‑focused Registered Nurse (RN) to provide night‑shift coverage at Select Specialty Hospital – West Tennessee. This role focuses on caring for patients recovering from critical illness and complex medical conditions within a long‑term acute care and rehabilitation setting.
The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and achieve positive patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking consistent night shifts in a structured, high‑acuity care environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Active RN license
• Experience in LTAC, rehab, or acute care environments preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to work independently on night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to facility protocols
