Requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industrial sectors, including manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical processing, and distribution partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored hose and fluid transfer solutions that meet specific application and performance needs.
- Partner with the District Sales Manager to execute strategic sales initiatives and drive territory growth within the industrial market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and on-site training to ensure proper application, performance, and value of Snap-tite solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market intelligence within the CRM.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by aggressively pursuing new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Represent Snap-tite at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to strengthen brand presence and generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless and responsive customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs to effectively position solutions in the market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with company goals and sales strategies.
- Extensive Travel within assigned territory and trade shows.
- Periodic weekend or evening work as needed.
- Up to 20lbs of force exerted occasionally.

- Travel to trade shows and exhibitions as directed.
- Will be expected to travel frequently for customer and company meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferably in manufacturing or similar industry.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in outside sales required.
- Must possess a valid drivers license with no major driving violations.
- Previous working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Dynamics
- Previous experience in contract negotiations
