We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Collect co-pays or payments at patient check-in.
- Assist with patient registration and check-in process.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
Qualifications:
- Excellent people skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented for data entry and proofreading.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands and schedules.
Job Details & Benefits:
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, hours vary between 7:00/8:00 AM – 5:00/ 5:30 PM depending on patient scheduling needs (40-hour work week is standard).
Work Location: In-person at both Idaho Falls and Rexburg locations (workdays rotate between locations).
