Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30a-5:30p
Contract Term: Anticipated 12-month base with potential options; contingent on award.
Compensation
- Candidate Pay W2: $49.00 - $52.59/hr
About the role
You'll ship features across the stack—front-end components and back-end APIs;focused on correctness, performance, and maintainability.
What you'll do
- Implement REST/GraphQL endpoints and integrate external/internal services
- Build responsive UI components and state management patterns
- Write unit/integration tests; participate in code reviews
- Contribute to CI pipelines and production monitoring
- Troubleshoot issues across the stack (database ↔ API ↔ UI)
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in one back-end language (Node, Java, or Python) and one modern front-end framework (React/Angular/Vue)
- Solid grasp of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript; Git/GitHub workflows
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server) and basic cloud services
Preferred qualifications
- Containers (Docker), basic Kubernetes, and IaC
- Testing frameworks (Jest/JUnit/PyTest), linting/formatting pipelines
- Accessibility (WCAG/Section 508) and USWDS components
Education
- Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
- Equivalent experience may substitute for degree
