Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure End-User Computing (EUC) Architect to design, build, and support a modern, enterprise-scale end-user computing environment. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across Intune, device management, identity, operating systems, and Azure-based virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering multi-site implementations, standardization initiatives, and complex transitions, including divestitures and mergers/acquisitions. This individual will ensure a seamless, secure, and scalable EUC environment while delivering exceptional customer service, including executive-level support.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & EUC Environment Build
- Design and deploy end-user platforms across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and virtual desktops.
- Implement modern device management solutions using Microsoft Intune, MDM, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Develop secure, scalable endpoint standards, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, and automated provisioning (Autopilot).
- Establish EUC governance, documentation, standard operating procedures, and lifecycle management strategies.
- Integrate EUC solutions with identity, networking, collaboration, and security platforms.
Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures
- Lead EUC workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including Day 1/Day 2 planning and execution.
- Design and execute migration and coexistence strategies (Entra ID tenant alignment, device enrollment transitions, profile/data migration, and application deployment).
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance during transitions in partnership with Security and IAM teams.
Operational Excellence & Support
- Deliver high-quality EUC operations with a strong focus on user experience and customer satisfaction.
- Provide executive-level support with professionalism, discretion, and urgency.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across endpoints, authentication, and access (Windows, macOS, mobile, VDI).
- Maintain accurate documentation, asset tracking, and operational standards.
- Support enterprise rollouts, migrations, and hypercare activities, including communication and rapid issue resolution.
- Manage OEM/vendor relationships (Dell, Client, Lenovo, Apple), including procurement, provisioning, and SLA performance.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, Service Desk, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Security & Identity
- Implement secure device configurations, conditional access, compliance policies, and identity-based controls using Microsoft Entra ID and Group Policy.
- Support PKI, certificate-based authentication, and secure remote access solutions.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in IT support or EUC engineering.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established standards and documentation.
- Experience supporting executive leadership.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale EUC implementations (multi-site, large endpoint environments).
- Experience leading EUC efforts in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Strong delivery discipline (requirements gathering, solution design, rollout planning, cutover execution, and risk management).

- Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and transition scenarios.
- Strong Windows engineering skills (Win32 app packaging, Autopilot optimization, update management, endpoint analytics).
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Apple, ITIL).
