General Responsibilities
- Manage machine feeding operations for the assigned shift or equipment, ensuring consistent productivity in a fast‑paced environment.
- Perform quality checks on products and incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Assist with make‑readies and troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues to minimize downtime and maintain performance.
- Execute all job duties safely and efficiently, maintaining accountability for food packaging safety and quality at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including adherence to 5S standards and performing routine preventive maintenance.
- Follow all policies and procedures, report safety or quality concerns, participate in continuous improvement and training, and safely operate all assigned equipment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and understand instructional materials such as operating procedures, work instructions, or assembly manuals.
