What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structures Technician position at SMT Aero Structures?

SMT Aero are looking for an experienced structures/sheet metal tech to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of aircraft structural repairs/mods and sheet metal parts fabrication (forming, bending, shrinking/stretching etc) and composite experience. Production training and experience is preferred.
Looking for techs with approximately 15 years experience.
SMT Aero has several large ongoing projects including helicopter modifications, fixed wing modifications, parts manufacture, full fuselage structural rebuilds, starlink installations and more. This position will require some travel, including some overseas work, as well as being based in our Cheyenne, Wyoming FBO.
Pay rates, based on experience are $50 - $65 per hour. Some work will be on a fixed-price basis.
