We are seeking to add a Refrigeration Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Service and repair plate and frame heat exchangers.
- Utilizing tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges to test, evaluate, and maintain equipment efficiency.
- Inspecting and calibrating ammonia equipment.
- Keeping a record of accurate preventive maintenance on tools and machinery.
- Sharpen decision-making skills to rapidly and precisely interpret and assign information.
- Vigilantly preserve a clean workspace to observe company performance standards.
- Be willing to work overtime to meet deadlines or answer urgent matters.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and company rules.
- Staying apprised of the most up-to-date refrigeration technology to evaluate its potential for current and future tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ammonia-based refrigeration systems, or experience with Freon systems.
- Strong capabilities to quickly identify and resolve technical issues through the use of problem-solving strategies in an effective and prompt manner.
- Demonstrate excellent technical, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work and live in a multicultural environment.
