We are looking for a positive, professional, & organized Licensing Coordinator!
Responsibilities:
- Manages the process of obtaining and maintaining licenses for individual and the company.
- Research changes in application and license regulations.
- Collecting necessary documents.
- Communicating with both SMSI employees and licensing agencies.
- Ensures licenses are compliant with laws.
- Monitors license statuses to maintain accurate records.
- Make and receive important phone calls and direct them to the correct departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a licensing coordinator or similar role is recommended.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Must have strong time management capabilities.
- Strong ability to work efficiently and be task-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of licensing and license requirements for different trades.
- Knowledge of licensing laws and regulations.
- Must have great verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
