We are looking for an HVAC-R Service Journeyman with a minimum of five to ten years of experience. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic, who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot any existing malfunctions or issues with existing units
- Implement periodic maintenance to guarantee proper and secure operation of systems
- Respond to emergency circumstances promptly and proficiently
- Uphold all business and industry safety standards and regulations
- Execute on-site preventive maintenance, regular repair, and calibration post-installation
- Make use of expertise and specialized skills to figure out service needs
- Exercise diligent safety practices on a daily basis
- Keep an inventory of parts and materials necessary for maintenance
- Connect with clients to deliver excellent, client-oriented service
- Make certain compliance with appliance regulations and the Health and Safety Act
- Effectively install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements
- Proven background in working as an HVAC technician.
- Knowledge of HVAC wiring diagrams.
- Physical capability to work in situations that require various safety precautions and the use of protective equipment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Great communication skills to converse with customers.
- Superb mechanical aptitude.
- Capacity to carry out repairs and paperwork as mandated.
- Competence to detect maintenance risks and defects in HVAC systems.
- Must have active Oklahoma Unlimited Mechanical Journeyman License.
- Controls, chiller and boiler experience preferred, including State of Oklahoma Boiler License for "Repair, Service, Install Boilers".
