Accountable for all quality functions within the assigned location. Ensures locations are in compliance with ISO and Corporate requirements, while driving continuous improvement in all aspects of quality.

What you will do
- Accountable to ensure compliance to corporate policy and ISO standards.
- Responsible to develop and maintain all location- specific quality procedures.
- Supervise quality system effectiveness by reporting timely about external and internal quality metrics.
- Trains location personnel on all relevant quality standards, policies and procedures.
- Leads efforts to achieve and/or maintain ISO certification.
- Creates, updates and manages work instructions for site hourly personnel to utilize during the production or repair of equipment.
- Performs vendor audits as needed with support from corporate quality or purchasing group.
- Monitors vendor part audit process to ensure products are received from local vendor base.
- Ensure document and records controls are maintained.
What you will need
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and two years of relevant experience, or an Associates Degree with four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
- A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach. In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Able to positively influence others. Strong leadership and management skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
- Computer skills: GSS, Spreadsheet and Word Processing Software.
