We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking *Shop Hand Assistant* to join our team. In this role, you'll support daily operations in the shop, including helping with equipment, keeping the workspace clean and organized, and assisting technicians or mechanics as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites or work areas
- Help move tools, equipment, and materials as directed
- Perform general shop maintenance, including sweeping, organizing, and cleaning
- Support mechanics/technicians with basic tasks
- Load and unload deliveries
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous shop, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to [50 lbs]
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Punctual and dependable
- Must be legally eligible to work in US
