JOB SUMMARY
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing payroll for our facilities. Work will be centered around the Payroll Staff at the Corporate Office and the Payroll Bookkeepers in the facilities. Facility communication will consist of relaying proper procedures and timeliness of submitting payroll information to the Corporate Office.
Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels of employment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Human Resource experience required
- Experience with running Quarterly Payroll Reports
- Working knowledge of payroll systems (e.g. Oracle, Kronos)
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Understanding of Sec 125 (pre-tax) benefits a plus
- Knowledge of wage withholding orders and garnishments
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Successful criminal background check
- Long-term care facility experience preferred
