Responsibilities
Must have experience leading similar trips
- Lead small groups on outdoor adventure van tours, providing clear instructions and ensuring safety at all times
- Share engaging stories, cultural insights, and local knowledge to enrich the tour experience
- Manage group dynamics with strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Ensure timely departure and arrival for all tour segments while maintaining flexibility for unforeseen circumstances
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing participant questions, needs, and concerns promptly
- Educate participants on environmental conservation and safety protocols during outdoor activities
- Maintain equipment, safety gear, and tour materials in excellent condition to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in outdoor activities, guiding or instructing groups in adventurous settings
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to captivate an audience of varying ages and backgrounds
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective time management skills to keep tours running smoothly and on schedule
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in high-pressure situations
- Experience in teaching or guiding outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, or climbing is preferred
