Duties
- Lead engaging and safe zipline tours, providing clear instructions and ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Educate guests about the natural environment, wildlife, and the history of the area to enrich their experience
- Maintain safety equipment, conduct pre-tour safety checks, and respond swiftly to any emergencies or concerns
- Foster a positive atmosphere through enthusiastic public speaking and effective communication skills
- Manage group dynamics by demonstrating leadership and ensuring all participants feel comfortable and included
- Assist with guest check-in, equipment fitting, and providing educational teaching moments about outdoor safety
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation of daily tours and uphold high standards of customer service
