Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Operations: Assist with daily operations, staff supervision, scheduling, and shift management. Ensure policies, security, and cleanliness standards are followed.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and coach team members. Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Guest Experience: Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Financial Oversight: Help manage budgets, control costs, and ensure timely and accurate payroll and administrative duties.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain food safety and regulatory compliance. Enforce cleanliness, uniform, and appearance standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and inventory to control waste and meet demand.
- Community Presence: Represent the brand in the local community through engagement and outreach.

- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Guest-first mindset and operational know-how
- Familiarity with POS and restaurant management systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- ServSafe Manager & TIPS Certification required
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
