We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join the team at our Asheville, NC location. This on-site role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Other tasks include preparing financial reports, assisting with payroll, and supporting general business operations with financial insights.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Experience with financial reporting, payroll processing, and budget management
- Proficiency in accounting software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction-related industry is a plus
