Budtender – Night Shift | Smokey Leaf
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable Evening Shift 3pm to 10:30pm Budtender to join the Smokey Leaf team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
- Educate customers on cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, and concentrates.
- Operate the POS system accurately and process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Check inventory and restock products as needed.
- Follow all company policies and cannabis compliance requirements.
- Complete closing duties, including cleaning, organizing, and securing the store.
- Handle the night shift responsibly and ensure the store is ready for the next day.
- Work as part of a team and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 and meet all applicable cannabis employment requirements.
- Previous dispensary, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evening/night hours.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower periods.
- Cannabis product knowledge is a plus.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
