As part of our growing family—which also includes Dreamer in Southampton, MA and Ounce Club in Easthampton, MA—you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, informative, and compliant retail experience. You’ll guide customers through their purchasing journey, share product knowledge, and help them find the best options to suit their needs. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, verify valid IDs, and ensure all compliance requirements are met before service.
• Assist customers by assessing their needs and confidently recommending appropriate cannabis products.
• Educate customers on strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories through engaging and informative interactions.
• Accurately operate POS systems, including handling cash and card transactions.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays throughout the store.
• Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and highlighting new or featured items.
• Ensure strict adherence to all state and local cannabis regulations, including age verification and compliance protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as stock checks and restocking as needed.
• Support team operations by helping onboard and guide new staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid government-issued ID and be able to pass a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) check.
• Previous retail and strong customer service experience REQUIRED.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset—exceptional service is required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus, with the ability to lead by example.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a clean retail environment.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Must meet all legal requirements for cannabis sales in Massachusetts.
