What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fiberglass Roller position at Smoker Craft Inc?
Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for Fiberglass Roller! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN.
Fiberglass Roller’s starting pay is $19.77/hr. and with positive reviews can be increased to $21.77/hr after 60 days.
After the first week of work, employees are eligible for an Attendance Bonus averaging an additional $50/week!
Shift Schedule is 5 am to 1:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities include:
• Rolling fiberglass layers on molds to form boat decks and hulls
• Smooth seams, remove air bubbles and excess resin
• Perform quality checks for defects on finished product
Required skills and experience:
• Candidates must have previous fiberglass rolling experience
• Chopper gun operator experience is helpful
• Knowledge of the lay-up construction of the fiberglass lamination process
Schedule: (Schedule is subject to change based on production needs)
-8-hour shift
-Day shift 5 am - 1:30 pm
-Monday to Thursday
