What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly position at Smoker Craft Inc?
Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for Assembly Production Worker! This position works from our plant- in New Paris, IN.
Starting pay is $20.64/hr. and with positive reviews can be increased to $22.64/hr. after 60 days.
After the first week of work, employees are eligible for an Attendance Bonus averaging an additional $50/week!
Schedule: 40 hours a week - 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Use of hand-held power tools.
- Produce quality work within the given time frame.
- Decision-making skills.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Flexibility in job assignments to move when needed and changing working hours.
- A quality-minded individual who can complete tasks in an orderly and timely manner compliant with an assembly line.
- Someone who can contribute to a team working environment to accomplish one common goal.
- Willing to work overtime and possibly multiple or different tasks daily as needed.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience using a screw gun for assembly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous lifting to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
