Responsibilities

- Provide detailed information about retail merchandise, financial services, and loan options to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using retail software and perform basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, and totals.
- Support loan processing activities by verifying customer information and ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments.
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform retail math calculations accurately; familiarity with 10 key typing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers confidently.
- Ability to operate financial software systems efficiently and accurately process transactions.
- Basic understanding of cash management, cashiering, and cash handling protocols.
