What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with a smile and genuine willingness to help
- Lead customers to products and provide expert guidance on their projects
- Load lumber and yard products into customer vehicles and verify against their invoice
- Inspect returns and create accurate return slips for cashiers
- Handle customer complaints with empathy; escalate or document when needed
- Hel unload deliveries and stock products in correct yard locations
- Operate forklift and fill propane tanks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
- Stay current on monthly ads and direct customers to specials
- Wear a radio and communicate proactively with the team
- Follow all safety procedures and recommend improvements
- Support new hire training and attend monthly store meetings

Qualifications:What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service instincts
- Product knowledge or a strong eagerness to learn on the job
- Clear communication with customers, peers, and management
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual attendance and a team-first attitude
- Availability - This position is Friday - Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off
- Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written) strongly desired
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to reach and bend throughout the shift
- Lift 100 lbs. without assistance
