We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join the KARMA Smoke & Vape team. As a Retail Sales Associate at KARMA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the right products to meet their needs. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding the products that best suit their needs
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or other electronic devices
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Knowledge of retail math concepts (e.g., calculating discounts, percentages)
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with wireless sales or technical sales is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are desirable but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
